This position is a full-time position working Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate would be available for an initial training period on-site with our team in Oregon at Northwest Equine Performance. The candidate’s primary location will be Seattle Equine Performance while maintaining support from the team at Northwest Equine Performance.

Takes initiative and responsibility in identifying and solving problems
Excellent customer service skills and pleasant manner in assisting clients
Strong communication skills: over the phone, written, and in person
Proficiency with computer technology, including Microsoft Office, bills.com, QBO
Minimum three years of office, administrative or equivalent experience in the veterinary field
The day-to-day responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to:
Handle high volume of phone calls and schedule appointments.
Interface with clients on a regular basis
Assist in billing, invoicing, payroll, and preparation of financial reports.
